This programme is designed to raise women who understand that leadership is not about titles, but about service, impact, and living as an example of Christ’s love. Participants are guided to discover their leadership style, sharpen decision-making skills, build confidence in their voice, and develop the ability to inspire and influence others positively. With a strong foundation in biblical principles, they learn how to navigate challenges with wisdom, resolve conflicts with grace, and cultivate vision for the future.
